Regulations

1. These regulations define the principles of using "Dunaj Holiday Cottages" and are an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation for accommodation. Making a reservation is equivalent to accepting these regulations.
2. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Room transfer times are individually agreed upon with the guest.
3. The amount of the reservation is the price for the entire stay. The payment is made upon arrival at the resort.
4. In case of shortening the stay, there is no refund.
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
6. Children under 18 years of age must be under the supervision of adults.
7. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by their fault or the fault of visitors.
8. We do not accept pets in our cottages. For small dogs (up to 5 kg), we charge 30 PLN per day. Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. The owner is obliged to clean up after their pet.
9. Smoking is prohibited in the cottages.
10. It is prohibited to use devices or equipment that may pose a fire hazard, such as heaters, electric cookers, etc.
11. Guests are obliged to leave the rented cottage neat and tidy. This includes taking out the trash, putting all dirty dishes into the dishwasher, and turning on the wash cycle upon departure.
12. The facility does not accept liability for the loss of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value unless they have been deposited for safekeeping.
13. Personal items left by the departing guest will be returned at their expense to the address indicated by them.
14. The guest agrees to the processing of their personal data for the needs of the reservation process in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.
